Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to see a podiatrist.

How much does it cost?

An initial consultation costs $85, and subsequent consultations are $78.

Costs for services such as ingrown toenail surgery or orthotics will always be disclosed prior to treatment.

Do you bulk bill?

Patients with an eligible Chronic Disease Management plan (EPC) provided by their General Practitioner will be bulk billed for general treatments (nail and skin skin care) and diabetic assessments.

Both services can be provided on the same day for a gap of $30. If booking online, please book for 45minutes (initial appointment).

Do you accept private health insurance?

If you have private health cover for podiatry, we can claim your insurance using our HICAPS terminal. Depending on your level of cover, a small gap may apply.

Are home visits or aged care visits available?

Our books are currently closed for home visits. A wait-list is available.

Is there disabled access?

Yes- Access to the second floor can be made by the elevator. We are able to cater for wheelchair/ scooter widths of up too 77cm. Patients can be treated in the wheelchair if needed- height adjustment is desirable.

Are after hours appointments available?

We open at 730am and close at 630pm on Wednesdays. The clinic is also open one Saturday every month

Do you prescribe orthotics/ innersoles?

If indicated, prefabricated or custom orthotics can be prescribed.

How do you treat ingrowing nails?

Most ingrowing nails can be managed easily and painlessly with conservative treatments. For chronic cases, we can offer a simple, one-off procedure which provides a permanent solution.
